You have been referred for further assessment by your general practitioner (GP). Within a few days of seeing your GP you will receive a letter asking you to call us to arrange a suitable time for your first appointment. You will be offered an appointment within six weeks of referral.

Further appointments for any tests or treatments necessary can be made at your initial consultation. You will be seen by the same doctor on each occasion.
